The Zero-Cloud Mandate: VizoScan AI is built by The CodeCanvas Studio on the absolute principle that your documents belong entirely to you. We never upload, transmit, or ingest your private document data into any external cloud architecture.

1. Data Collection & Anonymity

VizoScan AI does not require account creation, user registration, identity verification, or profile building. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or tracking metadata. Your usage of the app remains completely anonymous and decentralized on your device.

2. On-Device AI Processing (The Brain)

When you use the intelligent document features:

OCR Engine: Uses local frameworks (like Google ML Kit) to extract text directly on your hardware. No raw image data or scanned documents are ever transmitted to external servers.
Summarization: Analysis logic executes locally inside device memory. Content is never permanently logged or saved externally by The CodeCanvas Studio.

3. Document Hub & MediaStore API

VizoScan AI utilizes Android’s native MediaStore API to provide an organized, responsive workspace for your local PDFs and document files. This scanning process is strictly read-only and local; directory paths are mapped locally to build your interface without mirroring files externally.

4. App Permissions Overview

Camera: Utilized strictly for real-time document capture frames within the scanning workflow.
Storage / Media: Utilized exclusively to read and display your local document directory library.
Haptics: Utilized locally to deliver tactile interface feedback.

5. Your Absolute Rights

Because your files are stored locally and never synced to our servers, you maintain 100% ownership and control. Deleting an asset from the app or clearing local app data removes all traces immediately and permanently.
