1. User License & Restrictions

CodeCanvas grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use VizoScan AI. You agree NOT to:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the application's source code.
• Attempt to bypass the "Recycle Bin" security logic or internal storage sandboxing.
• Distribute, lease, or sell the software binary to third parties.

2. Local Data Responsibility

VizoScan AI is an Offline-First platform. We do not host, store, or back up your files on our servers. All document operations happen within your device's application sandbox.

Warning: You are solely responsible for your own data backups. CodeCanvas is not liable for data loss caused by app uninstallation, device factory resets, or hardware failure. Permanent deletion from the internal "Recycle Bin" is irreversible.

3. Accuracy & AI Performance

VizoScan AI uses local machine learning frameworks for OCR and document conversion. While we aim for "Gold Standard" precision, AI results are for guidance only. Accuracy depends on camera stability, lighting, and document condition. Manual verification is required for all legal, medical, or financial documents generated by the app.

4. Intellectual Property

All VizoScan AI branding, UI designs, conversion algorithms, and technical architectures are the exclusive property of CodeCanvas. Unauthorized use of our "Premium Document Suite" trade name or assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Security & Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not use VizoScan AI to process fraudulent or illegal materials. Any attempt to use specialized tools to "hack" or extract internal assets from the app will result in immediate termination of your user license and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizoScan AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties. CodeCanvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.
